We aim to dispatch all orders promptly, within 24 hours of receipt if possible (although this is not always achievable), so orders sent by Standard Delivery should reach you within 1-3 days.
Orders for Next Day delivery (available to UK Mainland only) must be received before 12 noon (UK time) and will only be shipped Monday to Friday. Please contact us if you would like to confirm delivery times.
*Please Note: Some items may be too large/overweight to be sent with the chosen service at checkout, so may be sent with an alternative courier.

Delivery charges to Europe start from £30 and to ROW, from £40. Charges are calculated according to weight, size and value of the order. International orders should be delivered within 2-14 days, but for some areas outside Europe delivery times may be longer. Smaller packets may go by International Air service.

You may return any unwanted items that have been purchased within 60 days of receipt which are unused and in their original packaging for either a refund or exchange.
Shelters must be returned in the same condition you received them in and deemed to be in a fully resalable condition (e.g. free from mud or grit) or a refund may be refused.
All unwanted items must be either returned at your own expense or returned to our St Ives Tackle store in person.
Please note, that whilst every attempt will be made to process the return in-store it sometimes may not be possible due to manufacturer’s procedures. Once the goods have been returned in-store we will process the return accordingly.
Incorrect or Damaged Goods
Any incorrect or damaged goods must be reported within 5 days of receipt. These will be replaced as soon as possible at no expense to yourself. Please include a cover note with full details. If you are returning goods via post, please ensure you obtain proof of the postage back to us so you have evidence they have been posted. These goods will only be either exchanged or refunded if they have not been used, worn or otherwise soiled and are in their original, undamaged packaging.
Any items that have developed a fault and are within the 12 month warranty period can be returned for either repair or replacement. St Ives Tackle reserve the right to return any faulty goods to the manufacturer before exchanging or refunding where necessary. If the manufacturer deems the fault to not be that of the product, we reserve the right not to issue an exchange or refund. Please note, we are entirely in the hands of the manufacturer when it comes to warranty returns, but we will always work as hard as we can to ensure the outcome is one that you are entirely satisfied with.
Disputes and complaints should be emailed directly to our support address. Your dispute or complaint will then be acknowledged within 2 working days and solved as soon as possible. You will be provided with the name of the person handling your complaint at the time of acknowledgement.
