*Long or bulky items such Rods, Landing Nets/Handles, Bedchairs, Poles and Whips, are excluded from free shipping due to courier costs. Some items may be subject to an additional postal charge outside of our flat rate, such as Bulk Bait Deals and Freezer Bait.
We aim to dispatch all orders promptly, within 24 hours of receipt if possible (although this is not always achievable), so orders sent by Standard Delivery should reach you within 1-3 days.
Orders for Next Day delivery (available to UK Mainland only) must be received before 12 noon (UK time) and will only be shipped Monday to Friday. Please contact us if you would like to confirm delivery times.
*Please Note: Some items may be too large/overweight to be sent with the chosen service at checkout, so may be sent with an alternative courier.
Please note that we can only send frozen bait if you accept full responsibility for the condition of the bait when it is delivered to you. We wrap Frozen baits in bubble wrap to insulate it while in transit.
All frozen bait is dispatched using a 24 hour service to ensure your bait arrives in the best possible condition. Despite best efforts, delays with delivery can occur, and your bait may be defrosted on arrival. Most baits once defrosted will still be useable for up to 5 days.
If frozen bait is ordered on a Thursday, we will not dispatch it until the following week to minimise risk of it being with the courier over the weekend.
Due to the above, we are unable to accept responsibility for the condition and usability of frozen bait upon arrival, and therefore will not reimburse you if you are unhappy with the condition of the bait on arrival.

Delivery charges to Europe start from £30 and to ROW, from £40. Charges are calculated according to weight, size and value of the order. International orders should be delivered within 2-14 days, but for some areas outside Europe delivery times may be longer. Smaller packets may go by International Air service.
