49 Strand Description
This fantastic predator trace wire from Fox is so supple it can be knotted and behaves almost like a braid. The new 49-Strand Steel Wire is virtually kink proof and will withstand catch after catch. Provides total protection against bite-offs when fishing for any species with sharp teeth.
So supple it makes an ideal trace for Zander and Perch preventing dropped runs. For ultimate reliability we recommend crimping with supplied crimps.
When cutting this wire we recommend you heat the wire with a lighter flame where you wish to cut. Heat until it glows red and then trim with scissors or cutters.
This will prevent strands from unfurling and makes it easy to thread through crimp sleeves.
