Bays Description

Fortis Bays Switch technology allows the lenses of Switch models to darken substantially in response to UV light. The lenses contain light sensitive molecules that change shape and colour when ultraviolet rays strikes them.

The Fortis sports design now features spring loaded hinges to accommodate all head sizes, rubber tips on the arms for maximum comfort. A refined frame design with an increased lens size for maximum coverage. Integrates our XBlok technology; a reflective surface coating that offers additional (or extra) glare block to enhance vision. These come in a protective case and lens cloth.

The Lens

The Bays are the first model in the Fortis range that integrate our XBlok technology. A reflective surface coating that offers additional (or extra) glare block to enhance vision. Not only does this technology provide maximum functionality but the reflective surface coating is also aesthetically pleasing, creating a mirror of colour. Available in a range of colours, each designed to filter out certain colours within the light spectrum to give maximum performance in any condition.
